Israel Opportunity - Energy Resources, Limited Partnership is a limited partnership of oil and gas explorations in Israel.
The limited partnership aims to acquirediversified deepwater offshore licenses, for this purpose the Limited Partnership has obtained 10% of each of the fallowing licenses 370 / "Ishai", 371 / "Aditya", 372 / "Lela", 373 / "Yahav", 374 / "Yoad", 394 / "Oz" and 10% of the preliminary permit 202/ "Gal", which is yet to be added in the book of oil by the Ministry of National Infrastructures.
In addition, the limited partnership preserves the right to participate in other oil and gas exploration opportunities that may come by, as will be defined and detailed in the limited partnership agreement and will be subject to approval by the owners of participation units in the partnership's general assembly.
