- Israel Opportunity submits application for Hatrorim License in the Dead Sea Area
On August 13, 2014, the Partnership along with other partners, submitted an application to the Petroleum Commissioner for Hatrorim Land License in the Chalamish area of the Judea Desert, in an area where oil was previously discovered. According to the application, the Partnership will hold 25% of the participation rights in the License.
- Israel Opportunity submits application for extending 'Ishai' license
On August 20, 2014, an application to the Petroleum Commissioner was submitted on behalf of the partners' name in the 'Ishai' license. The application was intended for extending the license by another year, from September 1, 2014, to September 1, 2015.
- Israel Opportunity releases Q2 financial statement for 2014
On August 18, 2014, the Partnership published its Financial Statements as of June 30, 2014. For the full Financials, please click here
UOG 2014, Israel’s International Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition, will take place on November 18-20 at the Dead Sea Resort Hotel & Spa, Dead Sea. UOG 2014 will primarily highlight and discuss the E&P and Investment opportunities in Israel, creating a knowledge platform for collaborations and partnerships. For the first time, global energy hubs will join forces with the Israel Oil & Gas industry.

- Israel negotiates natural gas sales to Egypt
As recently published in Bloomberg, Egypt and Israel are negotiating a $60 billion deal for delivering as much as 6.25 trillion cubic feet of gas from the Tamar and Leviathan offshore fields to liquefaction plants in Egypt. Executives in Noble Energy Inc. and Delek Group Ltd. said they expect to finalize the agreements by year-end.
